You are affirming that you have written the submission, it is your original work and the submission have not been copied or plagiarized. All submitted poetry are not published. Poetry is reviewed, and if selected, is published to the website.
We all come from diverse backgrounds. neophytePoets.net respects and appreciate our differences and do not discriminate on the basis of education, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin or disability.
Removal of Poems

DOMESTIC ORDERS
-Orders and shipping are available within the United States.
-Express Shipping is available for in stock merchandise delivered to physical addresses only; EXPRESS MAIL is NOT mailed to P.O. Boxes
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Merchandise can be shipped to some international countries. If neophytePoets can ship internationally, buyer pays for merchandise, shipment, and any related fees not limited to custom fees.
ORDERS GENERAL
-Provide and verify full address to ensure proper delivery. Neophytepoets is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost, or stolen merchandise shipped to an address provided during the order process.
Street Address number, Street name (include Drive, Blvd., Ave., Street, etc.; directional details SW, NE, etc.), If applicable, Building#, Unit/Apartment#
- Regular Delivery (not Express) to P.O. Box is available via USPS only.
- Tracking information will be sent to email provided when order is shipped
Once delivery service confirms the package is delivered, Neophytepoets is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. - Contact the delivery service to report stolen or lost merchandise if the shipping service is at fault in the delivery process.
- Payment methods are as follows: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Shipping Charges and other fees will be available and provided during checkout

REFUNDS
***There are No Refunds. All purchases are final. ***
CANCELLATION can be requested up to 2 hours after merchandise has been ordered. A full credit is given back to buyer’s account, if buyer’s credit card is charged and order is not shipped.

Exchanges are ONLY granted for size changes.
Exchanges must be requested 7 DAYS of the merchandise delivery date.
Merchandise must be in neophytePoets possession before exchange is considered.
Merchandise returned to neophytepoets for exchange must be in Sellable Condition ( salable condition is merchandise that is unworn, not stained, smoke free, essentially returned in the condition it is received ).
-The buyer mailing back merchandise to be exchanged, is responsible for shipping cost.
EXCHANGES are granted strictly at neophytePoets discretion. Unless otherwise stated, neophytePoets WILL NOT pay the shipping fee for merchandise mailed back to us. If merchandise is returned to neophytePoets, and we cannot grant an exchange, the merchandise will be mailed back to the buyer; fees, not limited to shipment fees will be charged to the credit card used to purchase merchandise. If an exchange is not granted, and merchandise is shipped back to buyer, neophytePoets will provide the reason the exchange was not granted ( example: merchandise worn or damaged). Additionally exchanges are ONLY granted for size changes.
