My rewards comes from people who support and enjoy the crazy within me.
It's hard for me to pick a favorite anything. I enjoy anyone from Strivers Row, Michael Kiwanuka, Jasmine Mans, Saul Williams, to Tracy Chapman and a million others—-lol.
My style of writing is very scattered. I typically have an idea of what I want to write about but I seldom sit down and write a performance piece in one sitting. When I do its usually a combination of notes I've taken over a period of time. Because of this I find that I speak about so many things in one piece but thats what I love; finding ways to connect and make sense of things.

I started writing with the goal to perform in 2012 after a heartbreaking break up lol. Thanks G.C.S.!

My perfect day would start with me waking up just before the sun rises when the air still has a bit of chill to it. I lay in bed for a half hour or so thinking about whatever until I get dressed, leave the house find myself amongst others making their way wherever. The birds are chirping and the sun breaks through the chill of the air giving the perfect balance of warmth and chill. I make my way to some random part of town probably an abandoned warehouse district and find a way to get inside the buildings to look around and take pictures. If there is a fire escape to climb even better. Around 5pm I'm in the middle of a forest walking barefoot snapping more photos. If I feel so inclined I may snap a few nude self portraits. I'd spend the rest of the day looking through photos from the day.
