Moving To Love

By Nolan Holloway

Ego wants to gorge itself with all the attention

Irritation feeds from not being placed at the head

Looking thru the mindset mirror-the expectation is our

reflection of the treatment we feel we give

But the imaged is flawed-trapped within itself

Not expanding beyond its narrow view

Self-pugilistic beating-in the corner defeated

Will not be answering the bell

Intention is be free and accept what is received

But the out of balance emotion tugs and pulls downward

To the place of jealousy and anger

Becoming an overseer to enslave and control

False love shaped by fear of retribution-not by trust and

kindness

This behavior makes no sense-so outside love logic

Separated by opposing thinking

Love/Hate

Trust/Mistrust

Respect/Disrespect

To truly feel togetherness with anyone

You must first start with the relationship of

You
