Sundress

By Nolan Holloway

Colors emulating thru warmth and acquiescence

Women lines moving in synchronization

with the gentle blowing breeze

Soft brightness elicits a joy to behold

Eyes transfixed by movement-rhythmic and hypnotic

Lovely skin exposed to season’s caress

Whispers to inner sights

Neck, arms and shoulders defining womanhood

Existing in the moment of dual solitude

Simple purity as time unfolds upon itself

Her true spirit is bursting forth

Softness soothes and resonates with the mind

of spring blossoming into summer

A powerful gentleness calms the day

A garment worn to adore and be admired

Word playfully defining attire and nature

Free to express herself

by the material clinging to her form

A flower fully blossomed

To pollinate her visual seed
