Trust us … we know. Sibling Class This one-hour class is for big brothers and big sisters who will have their sibling(s) born at our Birthing Center. This class is now available to view online as well as at the hospital face-to-face. You haven’t felt in control since you fell pregnant. This can mean that you have your baby before the class start or that you miss out on information that could have made your pregnancy healthier.
Specially designed to give mums and their birth partners a taste of the excellent antenatal education and deep relaxation skills we offer at Kent Hypnobirthing. Then our introductory workshops could be just your thing. This session is done during Saturday either between 9:30am-11:30am or 12:30pm -2:30pm. With birth skills, you can focus on doing the activity of birthing your baby because you got pregnant to have a baby no matter where your birth takes place, who is present, your beliefs/choices/lack of/change of, or what happens to or around you. No magic, just good old common sense.
