I've called 11 times and have been promised numerous callbacks but they never follow through. You need to install the unlocked firmware to your phone.

Keep the rest the same and good luck! I already had the APN settings that they had, but had not found the APN Type details listed the way that they did.
If you do not know how to switch the firmware, u/evanftwwilliams can help you with this. Everything about the phone, text, MMS, data. This seemed to be in common with a lot of people having this MMS problem.
Can you help me? This is very frustrating. I cant receive MMS picture messages but I can send them.

Correct APN Settings for Straight Talk. Thanks again Evan!! Go into the more settings area under wireless & network settings there is no Apn settings for me to edit like my other st phones have had.
2:49:41 PM All my phone settings (as far as I know) allows MMS so it's most likely the apn or something. I started playing with the APN settings and just happened to compare the original ATT setting to those provided by ST. ST is intentionally (IMHO) not telling their clients the correct APN settings!! If I can figure it out, they know!!
Also the Straighttalk tech support said that it was a Samsung update issue and there was nothing they could do.
I’ve used Straight Talk for years, and didn’t have a problem transferring in my number.
