I work in another NHS Trust and haven't seen this type of gathering or disregard for social distancing since Covid restrictions began, I would suggest your staff need to be more aware particularly when in public places. I was taken by ambulance to the N & N having a heart attack in the small hours of the morning. I did manage to get through to the Ward after 7 calls today and was told how mum was in two very short sentences. Calling up to 14 times before anybody answered our calls.

My father was admitted as the result of breathing difficulties, being 95, with some apprehension.

I emailed PALS yesterday and called them this morning and I was promised that a Matron would call me back - almost five hours ago, and I am still waiting.
