Friendship is always such a good foundation for an amazing marriage!! We did a little exploration on the grounds of Windermere Manor and loved the surrounding forest and golden sunset!

The adventure all started when they met at the University of Waterloo through mutual friends. The first time we met up to photograph a little the previous summer, I couldn’t stop them from laughing. Surrounded by amazing friends and family, polaroid guest book shenanigans, an incredibly relaxing and joyful vibe, their day was perfect. Wedding days are all about marrying your best friend. After a beautifully emotional ceremony we rushed outside and the skies entertained five minutes of portraits before it decided to rain down on everything again. Such a cool idea to combine two ceremony traditions! The only people it didn’t seem to matter to is Carly & Adam. You wouldn’t be able to tell but I actually arrived to sunny skies, and it quickly changed to dark skies and heavy rain. Stacey and Adam closed off my 2018 wedding season at the beautiful Windermere Manor in the middle of October and it was a pretty awesome wedding to end the year with!
